February 12, 2008 - INCIDENT AT LAUREANO'S NIGHT CLUB
On February 10, 2008 at approximately 1235 hours, the Nashua Police Department responded to Laureano’s Night Club, 245 Main Street, Nashua, NH, at the request of Liquor Commissioner Officer Joseph Fussell and Deputy Fire Chief Allison of the Nashua Fire Rescue. The request was made by the Liquor Commission after they suspected the club was over their capacity, which has a rated capacity of 122 occupants. Officers responded to assist the Liquor Commission and Nashua Fire Rescue, while in the club a fight broke out between two patrons on the dance floor. Officers attempted to break up the disturbance when other occupants of the club became disorderly and hostile. This developed into a large disturbance in which nine patrons of Laureano’s were arrested.
