May 24, 2011 - Eaton Street - Firearm Discharge
On May 23, 2011 at 5:10am, members of the Nashua Police Department’s Uniformed Patrol Division responded to 6 ½ Eaton Street for a report of a firearm being discharged in the street.
Upon arrival, Officers made contact with the reporting person who is a resident of 6 Eaton Street. It was determined that several rounds from a firearm had struck the side of the building, which houses three separate apartments. The shots were heard by the reporting person at approximately 3:00 A.M., however the reporting person did not initially believe that it was a firearm being discharged. It is believed that a vehicle was used in connection with the incident. The investigation is being furthered by detectives assigned to the Criminal Investigation Division. The Nashua Police Department’s Crime Scene Unit responded to the scene in regard to the recovery of evidence. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
